Note of the Depository with regard to modifications to the Convention adopted by the General Assembly:

In accordance with Article 34 § 1 of COTIF, only modifications to the Convention and its Appendices notified by the Secretary General following the General Assembly, and any corrigenda, are authentic . These notifications are available on OTIF’s website under Legal Texts > Depositary Notifications.
