On Thursday 2 April 2026, His Excellency Mr Enrique Mora Benavente, Spain’s Ambassador to Switzerland, visited the headquarters of the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF) in Berne to introduce himself.
Mr Mora Benavente was recently appointed as Spain’s Permanent Representative to OTIF, succeeding Ms Nuño. He came to meet Mr Kuzmenko, Secretary General of the Organisation.
During this courtesy visit, the Secretary General of OTIF welcomed this appointment, which ensures the continuation of a direct link between Spain and OTIF.
The Secretary General of OTIF once again assures Mr Mora Benavente of his highest consideration.
