Administrative Tribunal
In accordance with the agreement concluded between OTIF and the Council of Europe, the Administrative Tribunal of the Council of Europe has jurisdiction to hear employment disputes between OTIF and its staff members. This page publishes notices relating to proceedings concerning OTIF, in particular where publication is required under Article 11.1 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal of the Council of Europe.
Announcements
The notices published on this page are published in compliance with Article 11.1 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal of the Council of Europe in order to permit interested persons to intervene in appeals lodged before the Administrative Tribunal in matters concerning OTIF. The form and content of notices are decided by the Registry of the Administrative Tribunal and are transmitted to OTIF for publication unaltered.
