This full-time post is based in Berne, with the possibility of teleworking. The contract will be for a maximum of five years and is renewable.

About OTIF
The Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail (OTIF) is based in Berne, Switzerland. The Organisation’s aim is to promote, improve and facilitate, in all respects, international traffic by rail.
The Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) is the fundamental text of OTIF. The appendices to COTIF establish uniform legal regimes for contracts of carriage for passengers and freight, ancillary agreements to the contract of carriage, such as contracts for the use of railway vehicles or infrastructure, rules for the carriage of dangerous goods, technical regulations and the procedure for the technical admission of rolling stock.
OTIF currently consists of 51 Member States, one regional economic integration organisation and one associate member.
