Il en est ainsi quels que soient le domicile ou le si\u00e8ge et la nationalit\u00e9 des parties au contrat de transport.<\/p>\n<p>Les RU\u00a0CIV sont \u00e9galement applicables au transport multimodal\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>lorsqu\u2019un transport international faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un contrat unique inclut, en compl\u00e9ment au transport transfrontalier ferroviaire, un transport par route ou par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure en trafic int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un \u00c9tat membre\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>lorsqu\u2019un transport international faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un seul contrat de transport inclut, en compl\u00e9ment au transport ferroviaire, un transport maritime ou un transport transfrontalier par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 condition que le transport maritime ou par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur des lignes inscrites dans la liste des lignes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contrat de transport international ferroviaire des marchandises (RU CIM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les RU\u00a0CIM s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tout contrat de transport ferroviaire de marchandises \u00e0 titre on\u00e9reux, lorsque le lieu de la prise en charge de la marchandise et le lieu pr\u00e9vu pour la livraison sont situ\u00e9s dans deux \u00c9tats membres diff\u00e9rents. Il en est ainsi quels que soient le si\u00e8ge et la nationalit\u00e9 des parties au contrat de transport.<\/p>\n<p>Les RU\u00a0CIM sont \u00e9galement applicables au transport multimodal\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>lorsqu\u2019un transport international faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un contrat unique inclut, en compl\u00e9ment au transport transfrontalier ferroviaire, un transport par route ou par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure en trafic int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un \u00c9tat membre\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>lorsqu\u2019un transport international faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un seul contrat de transport inclut, en compl\u00e9ment au transport ferroviaire, un transport maritime ou un transport transfrontalier par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure, \u00e0 condition que le transport maritime ou par voie de navigation int\u00e9rieure soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur des lignes inscrites dans la liste des lignes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contrat d\u2019utilisation de v\u00e9hicules en trafic international ferroviaire (RU CUV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les RU\u00a0CUV s\u2019appliquent aux contrats bilat\u00e9raux et multilat\u00e9raux pour l\u2019utilisation de v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires comme moyens de transport en vertu des RU\u00a0CIV et CIM.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contrat d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019infrastructure en trafic international ferroviaire (RU CUI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les RU\u00a0CUI s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 tout contrat d\u2019utilisation d\u2019une infrastructure ferroviaire aux fins de transports internationaux au sens des R\u00e8gles uniformes CIV et des R\u00e8gles uniformes CIM. Il en est ainsi quels que soient le si\u00e8ge et la nationalit\u00e9 des parties au contrat. N\u00e9anmoins, tout \u00c9tat partie \u00e0 une convention concernant le transport international ferroviaire direct de voyageurs de nature comparable aux RU\u00a0CIV peut, lorsqu\u2019il adresse une demande d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la Convention, d\u00e9clarer qu\u2019il n\u2019appliquera les RU\u00a0CIV qu\u2019aux transports effectu\u00e9s sur une partie de l\u2019infrastructure ferroviaire (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sur certaines lignes ferroviaires) situ\u00e9e sur son territoire. au transport international sur l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau d\u2019un \u00c9tat membre. N\u00e9anmoins, tout \u00c9tat partie \u00e0 une convention concernant le transport international ferroviaire direct de marchandises de nature comparable aux RU CIM, peut, lorsqu\u2019il adresse une demande d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la Convention, d\u00e9clarer qu\u2019il n\u2019appliquera les RU CIM qu\u2019aux transports effectu\u00e9s sur une partie de l\u2019infrastructure ferroviaire (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire sur certaines lignes ferroviaires) situ\u00e9e sur son territoire.
