<\/h3>\n<\/h3>\nThe aim of OTIF is to promote, improve and facilitate, in all respects, international traffic by rail as defined in Article 2 \u00a7 1 of COTIF.<\/p>\n
The effective and efficient achievement of OTIF\u2019s aim depends, among other factors, on close cooperation with relevant international intergovernmental organisations.<\/p>\n
