Its members are appointed in accordance with Article XII of the Luxembourg Rail Protocol.<\/p>\n<p>It oversees the implementation of the Luxembourg Protocol, i.e. the establishment, operation and management of the International Registry of Interests in Rolling Stock.<\/p>\n<p>In carrying out its duties, it is assisted by a secretariat.
