Die ER APTU sind die Einheitlichen Rechtsvorschriften f\u00fcr die Verbindlicherkl\u00e4rung technischer Normen und f\u00fcr die Annahme einheitlicher technischer Vorschriften f\u00fcr Eisenbahnmaterial, das zur Verwendung im internationalen Verkehr bestimmt ist. Sie regeln in erster Linie die Ausarbeitung, den Inhalt und die Annahme der einheitlichen technischen Vorschriften (ETV) sowie die Anwendung der nationalen technischen Anforderungen auf das im internationalen Verkehr verwendete Eisenbahnmaterial, insbesondere Fahrzeuge<\/p>\n

Die ER ATMF sind die Einheitlichen Rechtsvorschriften f\u00fcr die technische Zulassung von Eisenbahnmaterial, das im internationalen Verkehr verwendet wird. Sie regeln, nach welchen Kriterien Fahrzeuge und Infrastruktur f\u00fcr den internationalen Verkehr zugelassen werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Umsetzung der ER ATMF durch die Vertragsstaaten erfordert die Einrichtung und Notifizierung einer Reihe von Stellen mit unterschiedlichen Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten. Die hierf\u00fcr m\u00f6glicherweise erforderlichen organisatorischen und institutionellen \u00c4nderungen bringen Vorteile im Hinblick auf die gegenseitige Anerkennung von Fahrzeugzulassungen und Bewertungsergebnissen zwischen den Vertragsstaaten. Neben der Erleichterung des grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Eisenbahnverkehrs birgt dies auch das Potenzial f\u00fcr erhebliche Einsparungen f\u00fcr den Eisenbahnsektor, da doppelte Verfahren und Unterlagen vermieden werden.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
