Seuls les \u00c9tats parties \u00e0 l\u2019appendice C \u00e0 la COTIF ont le droit de vote.<\/p><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-8\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Commission d\u2019experts du RID d\u00e9cide des propositions de modification de l\u2019appendice C \u00e0 la COTIF, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire du R\u00e8glement concernant le transport international ferroviaire des marchandises dangereuses (RID) et de son annexe.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence des autres commissions de l\u2019OTIF, la Commission d\u2019experts du RID d\u00e9cide des modifications de l\u2019appendice RID sans recourir \u00e0 l\u2019approbation de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Ces modifications relatives aux marchandises dangereuses sont alors adopt\u00e9es plus rapidement pour tenir compte des adaptations et du progr\u00e8s technique.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Deux fois par an, l\u2019OTIF et la Commission \u00e9conomique pour l\u2019Europe des Nations unies (CEE ONU) organisent la R\u00e9union commune RID\/ADR\/ADN qui permet d\u2019assurer, pour les marchandises dangereuses, un transport multimodal simple chemins de fer \u2013 route \u2013 voies de navigation int\u00e9rieure.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Commission d\u2019experts du RID approuve les d\u00e9cisions de la R\u00e9union commune RID\/ADR\/ADN et d\u00e9cide aussi des modifications qui ne concernent que le trafic ferroviaire.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Toutes les d\u00e9cisions de la Commission
