The Organisation\u2019s aim is to promote, improve and facilitate, in all respects, international traffic by rail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Convention concerning International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) is the fundamental text of OTIF.
