Specifically, this will involve discussions with the rail sector and, in particular, answering the following questions: how are the rules applied? What about in practice?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Secretariat wishes to gather information in order to inform Member States about potential amendments to Article 7 of the CUV Uniform Rules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>OTIF members, stakeholders registered with the ad hoc Committee on Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, industry experts with proven experience and interest in this field are invited to participate by clicking here: <a href=\"https:\/\/extranet.otif.org\/en\/?page_id=545\">https:\/\/extranet.otif.org\/en\/?page_id=545<\/a> and to register before 31 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The OTIF Roundtables are a new series of online meetings, conducted in English only, designed to boost cooperation between Member States, the railway sector and the Secretariat. These meetings are informal and are characterised by their flexible, inclusive and accessible format.
